This is a great time of year to enjoy family, friends and loved ones and to take a bit of time off to enjoy the Holiday season. This is what my wife and intend to do and so I will be unavailable for sales from December 28th to January 9th, 2017. In 2017 I will have an abundance of maple syrup supplies for all your needs. New this year, and in stock, we will carry, 3 sizes of evaporators. A 2′ x 4′ barrel style evaporator, a 1.5′ x 5′ hobby evaporator and a 2’x 6′ traditional evaporator, as well as fire brick/refractory supplies, and stainless fittings to meet your evaporator maintenance needs. Also this year, I will be honoring the 5% off cash and carry discount during Roth’s Sugar Bush February Open House sale.
